Gates, not dates.
Every phase exits through acceptance criteria. A missed gate stops the line, schedule pressure never overrides it.

Devnet, running, hardened
Live and producing: deterministic single-block finality, working EVM transactions, the five-token economy, and a browser wallet that signs accepted transactions. Hardened through real operation, block-gas bounding, genesis validation gates, supply-invariant backfill, and an honest-fix culture documented in the public repo.
Economics engine
x/feeburn splits every fee 50/30/15/5 and converts module fees to GENX through a certified-agent batch flow, proposed by one agent, confirmed by a second with a different build, size-gated so small conversions never wait on a partner. ERC-20 wrappers expose native tokens to the EVM. Verified live: conversion batches cycle continuously on the devnet.
Clients
Explorer, browser wallet, node packaging + genesisctl, and infrastructure, the full operator and user surface. Most of this exists and is being hardened toward release quality.
Work + agents
Paid work orders settle end-to-end through the verification ladder. Sentinel watches the chain with trip hysteresis; the Auditor rotates spot-checks; the Alchemist pair runs the two-agent conversion flow, all four certified agents are live on the devnet today with a public activity feed. Remaining: work-market traffic, agent graduation tiers, more oversight rules.
Score + intents
Genesis Score responds to observed behavior with identity bonds and decay. Solver-executed intents beat naive routing. Both modules are built and devnet-live; the gate is real usage data at scale.
Public testnet + audits
25–50 external validators over 30+ days, 1,000+ work orders settled, and clean independent audits with all criticals closed. This is the first gate where anything resembling a token conversation even opens.
Mainnet, genesis-1
20–30 genesis validators, sub-1.5s finality, public burn counter, all clients live, incident rota staffed, 5% insurance fund seeded, then 14 incident-free days.
Shipped, verifiable today
Roadmaps are cheap. This column is not a plan; it is the current state of a public repository and a running chain. Click anything, it goes to a page fed by the live network or to the code itself.
The chain is live
A sovereign Cosmos SDK + CometBFT devnet producing ~2s blocks with deterministic finality and working EVM transactions (chain ID 1180).
See live telemetryThe fee engine works
Every fee splits 50/30/15/5 on-chain. Module fees convert to GENX through a two-agent batch flow and burn, observed continuously, not promised.
How the split worksCertified agents are real
Four agents on-chain with escrowed stake and hash-committed builds: Sentinel (immune system), Alchemist ×2 (conversion), Auditor (spot-checks). A public feed shows what they do as they do it.
Watch them liveProvenance is enforced
GLS-1: supply verified against mint ranges from block 1, burn epitaphs recorded, pin locks on transfers. The invariant is checked on-chain and passes.

Why that mattersDates exist internally as planning targets but are never published as commitments. When a phase's gate is met, the next phase starts, the roadmap above is the source of truth for what ships in what order. The honest position: phases 02–06 are substantially built and running on an internal devnet; what remains before testnet is hardening, usage, and independent review.
